Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries efficiently while delivering a high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer queries through calls, emails, or chat
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication
Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
Work in night shifts as part of a 24/7 support team
Maintain documentation and reports as per company standards
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to work night shifts and rotational weekly offs (5-day work week)
Graduate freshers are welcome
Undergraduates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach
Immediate joiners preferred
