Job brief:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our merchants' concerns when using our products and services.
Language skills HINDI, ENGLISH, Malayalam Positions 1
Responsibilities
Respond to Merchant queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email
Identify Merchant needs and help Merchants use specific features
Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with Merchants
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Inform Merchants about new features and functionalities
Follow up with Merchants to ensure their issues/concerns are resolved
Gather Merchant feedback and share with internal Teams.
Requirements
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Understanding of how CRM systems work
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and Weekly OFF`s.
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
