Responsible for handling all types of complaints received from various entities including Government authorities

2. Investigating cause and sending responses accordingly.

3. Maintaining complaints register.

4. Timely responses to the queries raised by customers and dealers

5. Understanding the queries and reply to close the query fully in one reply

6. Good hands on understanding of the product (Consumer loans and Personal loans)

7. Co-ordination with Dealers for resolutions

Requirement: Graduate with 2-3 years of experience preferably someone with similar background / who has worked with NBFC firm. Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
