6 Days Working

Shift Timings : 8am - 8pm

Salary : 33000/-CTC 28,674/- TH

Location : Hebbal, Bangalore.

Roles Responsibilities :
• Answering Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, or chats regarding banking products and services.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues related to account management, transactions, card services, and more.
• Providing Information: Give customers accurate details about account balances, payment procedures, interest rates, and other banking details.
• Escalating Issues: For unresolved issues or complex queries, escalate to higher-level support or appropriate departments.
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely resolution of complaints and provide feedback to the customer.
