Education:
If HSC (12th pass), the candidate should have at least 6 months of BPO experience.
Graduates (freshers are welcome).
Experience:
Prior customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory for graduates.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer service-oriented mindset.
