Responsibilities:
● Handle and resolve customer complaints via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
● Investigate issues raised by customers and provide clear, actionable solutions.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
● Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Experience Qualification required:
● Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
● Minimum 1to 2 years of experience in customer service or complaint handling.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Ability to remain calm and empathetic in stressful situations with a customer-centric mindset.
Location: Vidyavihar/ Andheri
Working days: 6 days working
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
