Roles Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers and act as customer’s advocate
To share VOC of the customers and assist to improve processes and policies
Requirements:

Only Graduates freshers or with experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role 0.6 – 6 years
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Understanding of how CRM systems work
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Should speak Fluent English + Hindi .
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
