Customer Support Associate International Voice

Urgently hiring for International Voice Process and non voice process (Minimum 6 months experience in Voice, Chat, Non Voice Process)

Location: Manyata Techpark, Bangalore

Receive inbound calls to gather and verify required information and to solve customer queries
Have excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately by providing effective solutions
Ability to learn new skills and quickly absorb and interpret new information, products, and
Actively listen to the customer, and show empathy and patience
Provide information to the client and place appropriate notes in system
Should be an immediate joiners
Should have min six months of work experience preferrably in international voice process, international customer support, us process
Should have excellent communication skills
Education: 12th pass

Must have min 6 months of BPO or customer service experience

comfortable to work in international voice, rotational shift

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
