As a Customer Support and Administration Clerk, you will play a key role in order management, first-level support, and various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
Handling customer requests by email (invoices, shipping follow-ups, redirecting to support)
Managing both physical and virtual shipments (ERP, Amazon, inventory, UPS)
Following up on orders with UPS / customs and coordinating with customers to update information
First-level customer support (tickets, live chat, outbound calls)
Contributing to documentation management and various projects
General administrative assistance (data entry, internal communication, etc.)
Skills:
Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
Proficient in office tools (Microsoft Office)
Interest in IT and customer service
Ability to manage multiple tasks and a willingness to learn
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience
Requirements:
On-site presence 5 days a week
Flexible office hours: 8-4 / +-5 / 10-6

Compensation:
40-50k depending on background experience
35 hours a week
