Within its 2-year existence, it has more than 50k customers.
Thela Gaadi is also the officially licensed merchandise partner with Warner Bros. Shinchan in India. We are now looking for a customer-centric individual to join our team in Jaipur to drive customer satisfaction.
Role: Customer Delight executive

Minimum experience: 06-12 months in customer care or in a consumer-facing role.
Roles and responsibilities:
● Effectively handle CRM tools for better customer experience.
● To assist customers with queries related to their order status, available products, dispatch details, payment details, etc. via emails and deal with multiple customers at the same time.
● Managing the Returns and Refunds Process.
● To manage social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.).
● Coordinating with different courier partners, to get an update on the delivery status.
● To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance and guidelines.
● Help in creating customer surveys, segmentation getting feedback to improve our processes, products, and customer experience.
● Coordinating with the Ops team for order management and updates.
Desired Skills:
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel basic computer skills.
● Fluency in Hindi.
● Must be Customer-centric.
● Willingness to go the extra mile in ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Excellent knowledge of basic computer skills.
● Previous experience in eCommerce and retail is preferred.
