2 years Customer Service experience with a great phone manner
A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with individuals and departments

An eye for detail, with the focus to double checking work to ensure accuracy
Strong customer focus with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all dealings
