We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for assisting customers and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities
Answering inbound calls and converting customer enquiries into booked appointments for our plumber, heating and drainage engineers. Report writing.
Making outbound calls to customers who have enquired via digital channels, to convert into booked appointments.
Maintaining customer contact to manage expectations and and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12.00 per hour
