Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a smile and take orders in-store or over the phone
Use POS (Point of Sale) systems to process payments accurately
Assist with food prep and packaging during busy times
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the service area
Manage customer complaints or queries in a calm and professional manner
Restock supplies and assist with closing or opening duties
What We’re Looking For:

Great communication and customer service skills
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast food environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Previous hospitality or takeaway experience is a plus, but not essential
Availability for shifts including evenings and weekends
