About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients of the Department of Justice and Community Safety who report to CCS Coolaroo. You will also provide administrative support to regional locations and staff, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and accuracy in all tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide front-of-house administrative services, including responding to enquiries and applications related to Consumer Affairs or Births, Deaths, and Marriages.
Assist clients, internal stakeholders, and the public with their queries, and process applications efficiently and accurately.
Maintain various records, registers, and returns using Microsoft Office Suite, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing accurate advice and information regarding Justice Services in accordance with business processes.
