This week we have requirements for aCustomer Service US marketwith a package of up to 3.50lpa.

Experience -

Roles and Responsibilities
• Should be ready to make Outbound calls and answer incoming calls.
• Should take ownership of complaints and queries of the customers and proactively
• follow through to resolution in the given SLA.
• Should ensure all customer's queries are well-investigated and resolved.
• Develop a professional relationship with customers with a good rapport.
• Coordinate amp; provide feedback to the internal team for faster resolution.

Skills/Abilities
• Exceptional English communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet
• Ability to convey information with confidence and in a simple manner
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude, and high energy 6. Microsoft Office skills

especially basic Excel
• Should have analytical skills.
