We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to help others. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information with professionalism and efficiency.

Hours are:

Tuesday - Saturday

12:30pm-+pm

and 12:30-+:30pm

Key responsibilities are:

Provide friendly and attentive customer service, answering questions and assisting customers with their purchases.
Take the extra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
