About the role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with bookings, inquiries, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services.
Are you looking for a flexible workplace? As a 24 hour call centre we are looking for people who can be available to cover a variety of shifts including nights, early morning, weekend and weekday shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Process bookings efficiently, ensuring accurate information is taken.
Provide information on services, pricing, and availability.
Assist with any customer issues or complaints, resolving them to the best of your ability.
Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings in our system.
Collaborate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer skills.
