Customer Service Representative

This is a full time permanent role. You will be responsible for being first point of contact for their online customers/members managing their queries around orders and sales via phone and emails. In addition you will manage orders through online portals, stock control, follow up on existing orders and, assisting with their accounts, credit and after sales and other administrative tasks.
