Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with existing customers, reaching out to potential clients, and ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment. This position requires a blend of strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with past, existing, and prospective customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Order Processing Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide accurate price quotes, and assist in processing and tracking orders to ensure timely and correct deliveries.

- Data Entry Order Management: Input customer orders into the system, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date. Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases to reflect current order status and preferences.

- Order Fulfillment Assistance: Support the preparation of customer orders for outgoing pickups, ensuring that products are correctly packaged and ready for shipment.

- Customer Interaction: Greet customers as needed, offering assistance with product selection and loading materials. Ensure a welcoming, friendly, and professional atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.

- Prioritization Task Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring a smooth flow of operations with minimal delay or disruption.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Skills Abilities:

- Multitasking Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy under pressure.

- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

- Technology Proficiency: Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic phone systems; quick learner with new technology and software tools.

- Commitment to Safety: A strong desire to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

- Teamwork Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, offering support to colleagues and contributing to a positive, cooperative work culture.

- Attention to Detail Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of order management, data entry, and customer service.

Qualifications:

- Education Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service or order processing experience is preferred but not required.

-Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move materials when assisting customers with order fulfillment and loading.
