About the Job:

We are looking for a creative and talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at KR Immigration Company, you will act as a liason, provide product/services information, answer queries through calls and WhatsApp.

Role responsibilities

Manage incoming phone calls and WhatsApp
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer details and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Preferred candidate profile

· FRESHERS are most welcome

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative are also welcome, with excellent communication skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
