Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors for resolution.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns.
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Empathy and ability to handle difficult or upset customers with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
