CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – REMOTE

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Provide accurate information about products/services
Process orders, returns, and refunds
Record customer interactions and escalate issues when needed
Meet customer service KPIs and quality standards
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with remote tools and systems
Ability to remain calm under pressure
