As standard, we offer a shift between 7:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. This can be negotiated to suit your needs if required.
How You Will Help Us
- Answer/respond/re-direct customer enquiries via phone email
- Identify, capture, escalate or solve any customer requirements or issues
- Pro-active customer outreach / tele-sales
- Capture opportunities into MYOB Acumatica
- Prepare quotes using system pricing
- Follow up opportunities and quotes
- Enter sales orders into MYOB Acumatica
Skills You Will Need
- Industry experience or interest is preferred
- Confident speaking on the phone and interacting with customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft tools and other computer programs / softwares
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn and positive attitude
