Designation : Customer Service Executive (with 1 year of Stock Broking experience)

Job Description:

Responsible for making error free Outbound Calls to provide complete information related to Trade verification confirmation to client along with taking RM/ Services feedback or other random service calls like Closure rejection, DIS execution etc
Identify/Gauge if any fraud during client discussion and note down any dispute related to trades/Service issue against the respective client for further follow up and escalation
Call back/Follow up with customers and internal department wherever required without delay
