The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system for Customer Service to support the business needs.
The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business departments Customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service for a minimum of 8-10 years with a minimum of 3 years as a Customer Service Manager.
The profile is to manage a customer service portfolio for a Business Coaching Company.
Responsibilities for Customer Service Manager
• Manage a team of 3-4 Customer Service Executives / Asst Managers.
• Supervising Coaching Schedules activities.
• Daily direct Interaction with Business Owners from different nature of businesses. (Coachees)
• Manage all escalations
• Managing Coaches Induction training
• Creating Managing Training Schedules / Calendars
• Supervising Event-Related Activities
• Managing all Coachee communication
• Approving all payments
Qualifications:
1- Strong people skills.
2- Strong communication skills
3- Ability to multitask
4- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
Minimum 8 - 10 Years of Experience in handling customer service in industries like Training Development, Airlines, Banking and finance, other organizations in the Service Industry Etc, which would have led the applicant to have handled a large number of customers.
Age Bracket - 30 to 40 Years
CTC - 10 - 12 Lakh Per/Year
