Designation: Customer Service Associate
Excellent communication skills in English required
Job location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Job role responsibility: Handle inbound calls of US customers and resolve their queries
Shift timings: 24/7 rotational shifts with 2 weekly rotational offs (5 days working a week)
Salary bracket: ₹15,000/_ to ₹18,000/_ for Freshers ₹23,000/_ to ₹30,000/_ for Experienced.
