Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at Mr Technology, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance:

Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns
Provide accurate and timely information about products and services
Issue Resolution:

Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure customer satisfaction
Relationship Building:

Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers
Build rapport to foster customer loyalty and trust
Data Management:

Record customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system
Generate reports on customer feedback and suggest improvements
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and policies
Skills and Qualifications

Languages: Proficiency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi (spoken and written)
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer knowledge
Adaptability: Capable of handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
Education: Minimum qualification – High School Diploma or equivalent (Any Graduate or Dropout)
