Customer Service Executive

Day to day coordination with customers over phone / Mail.
Need get maximum orders from customer by creating a good repo with customers.
After receipt of order need to follow up with fleet managers / loading person for loading / releasing of vehs timely.
If any issue then need to talk with customers to resolve the issue.
Highlight the issue proactively with customers / internal stake holders.
Daily tracking / DSR need to share with customers / internal stake holders.
To get detention / additional charges approval rom customer timely via written mail.
Need to be available on phone / mails.
Need to update daily vehicle details in company software / customer software if any..
Handy with mails / other systems /app.
Good with written verbal communication with customers
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,513.4+ - ₹32,868.+5 per month
