We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (Female) to join our growing haircare brand, Dione UK Professional. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, polite, organized, and have experience in managing customer communication across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and timely manner
Follow up with customers who have abandoned their cart on our website
Call and verify customers who have entered incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
Coordinate with salon clients and make reminder calls for repeat or pending orders
Maintain logs of customer interactions, issues, and feedback
Assist in basic CRM data entry and status updates
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Only Female candidates preferred
Minimum 1 year of customer service or tele-calling experience
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Gmail, and basic CRM tools
Good problem-solving skills and patience while handling clients
Professional attitude and ability to multitask
Work Timings:
Full-time | Monday to Saturday
