We are hiring Customer Service Engineer For US Based Night Shift Work From Office Goregaon East

Job Description:

-Must be proficient in English in terms of Written, Non-Verbal, Oral, Visual, and Contextual communication

-Active Listening

-Must have minimum 1 year experience

-Working on tickets and resolving the issues of clients/customers

-Handle Escalation Calls and ensure the Escalation Matrix is used to resolve the ticket.

- Ensuring the ticket gets resolved on time.

-Ensuring productivity to get optimum results for client satisfaction and the organization

-Remote Support to US Based Clients

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,562.84 - ₹34,174.65 per month
