Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Call Center Representative to assist patients in booking appointments with hospitals and medical facilities. You’ll handle calls, schedule appointments, update patient records, and provide accurate information—all while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Book hospital appointments via inbound/outbound calls
Confirm patient details and update systems accurately
Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed
Provide information on services and availability
Meet call and booking targets
Ensure patient confidentiality
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Call center or healthcare experience preferred
Strong communication and data entry skills
Customer-focused and organized
Familiarity with healthcare or scheduling systems is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
