Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years in Freight forwarding industry
Good written and verbal English communication
Team Player
Contacts with the Shipping Line – Marketing, Documentation, Operations, Vendors
Job Description

Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs
Develop relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to marketing force
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Identifying the decision maker and influencer of target accounts via telecall.
Make contact with the decision maker and influencer of target accounts and pitch URBX international Logistics services to them.
Generate Queries from the Target accounts
Receiving enquires from sales team and Negotiating rates with shipping line (Export)
Filling rates and placing booking with shipping lines
Giving rate quotes to customer enquires
Follow-up calls on rates quoted, Checking with customer for viability of rates, Negotiation Closure
Pre-Shipment Documentation (import - Air and Sea) Key Accounts
Receiving booking from agent
Confirmation from Consignee post rate negotiation
Confirmation to be taken from Co Loader / Shipping line / Airlines on Space and Sailing details
Follow-up calls on rates quoted, Checking with customer for viability of rates, Negotiation Closure
Maintaining / Tracking Schedules as committed to client
Maintain Inter departmental coordination as regards Customer requirements
Post Shipment Documentation (import/Export - Air and Sea) Key Accounts
