Customer Service and Business Support Executive
providing customer services to clients via phone and email
- providing admin support to the front-of-house London-based Operations Team.
- Reconciling clients' accounts.
- Chasing debts and taking appropriate action against late and nonpayers.
- Managing the company's purchase and sales ledger.
- Analysing our company's sales activities and providing regular reports to management.
- Analysing client activity and use of our services.
- Assisting in the setting up and implementation of new products and services.
- Assisting in the setting up and implementation of new internal processes and procedures to assist with the day-to-day running of the business.
- Providing support and working on projects with the IT, Software Development, and Telecoms Support Teams.
- Formation of companies on behalf of clients.
- Maintenance and amendment to the structure of our clients' companies including enrolment into VAT and PAYE schemes on behalf of customers.
- Providing basic Accountancy support to clients and liaising with the Company's Senior Accountants to resolve client requests and queries.
- Engaging in ad hoc projects.
- Maintenance of the company's databases.
- Liaising with third parties that provide products and services to our business.
Requirements:
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team with the following credentials:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar customer service or business support or analytical role.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work to their own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Good analytical mind with the ability to find solutions to complex scenarios.
- Good degree of computer literacy with experience using Excel, creating tables, formulas and generating reports.
- Can do and confident attitude.
- Ability to work alone and also as part of a team.
- Good experience in customer account reconciliations.
- Flexibility to work UK hours (mid-afternoon according to India times, finishing at approximately midnight India time).
