Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Person will be involved in handling reviewing the Credit applications received. Person will be required to make calls to Customers for reviewing the customer data, undertaking different steps, explaining them product features.

2- Person will be coordinating with product managers for setting up Product demo calls.
2. Updating Customer status and profile in the portal, keeping track of the customer feedback
3. Addressing customer queries by coordinating with other teams, Escalate issues if not resolved within allocated time period. Communicating issues with the product or accounts team for clarification related to loan accounts

4.Call prospective customers for promoting Credit and Tech products.
5. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
6. Maintaining MIS as per the requirement, understanding of excel is a must.

Qualification - Graduate/ Post Graduate

Location : Mumbai

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
