Job Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers and clients
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
• Handling all the activities in absence of CRM
• Well versed with Excel sheets
• Coordination with production department to track and update the clients with the status of their orders

• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
• Well versed with excel and basic computer skills
