We are Hiring a virtual patient

relationship manager to manage customer queries and complaints. To do well in

this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and

have experience working with computers.

Shift Type - Rotational

Working Locations Jaipur

Salary - 10K to 22 CTC

Working Days - 6 (week offs would be

also rotational)

Work Type - Work from Office

(Hospital)

Qualification - Any Graduate or Under Graduate

Experience - Min. 1 year of prior work

experience in customer handling.

(Freshers with good communication

skills are also considerable)

Role Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager, you will be

responsible for resolving the queries of the concerned persons calling the hospital, announcing the codes, and transferring the calls.

Making feedback calls, building good

relationships with the customers/clients, etc.

Ensure customer satisfaction and

provide professional customer support.

Responding promptly to customer

inquiries.

Managing the data on CRM software.

Required Skills

Good communication skills, expertise in

working on MS Office, and time punctuality.

Important point-

We basically do not have festival offs

but the organization double pays the employee when they work on festival days
