About the role
About the role:
As a Customer Operations Officer, you’ll be the go-to person for providing accurate, timely, and professional support to Perth Energy customers and internal departments. Your work will help drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business success.
What you will be doing:
Administer Energy Service Agreements (ESA) for new and renewing customers
Maintain and update customer accounts in billing systems (Gentrack, Salesforce)
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
From time to time, assist in office administration including supplies, facilities, and front office duties
Provide internal administrative support across departments
Assist with procurement and invoicing using AGL systems
Support B2B communications with Western Power and ATCO
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of energy market requirements and processes
Identify and recommend process improvements
What we would like to see you bring:
You’re a proactive team player with a “can do” attitude and a passion for helping others. You bring:
Strong administrative and procedural skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
IT proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Gentrack and Salesforce is a plus
High attention to detail and strong time management skills
Experience in the energy sector or similar industry (desirable)
