Main Job Functions
• Provide technical assistance to customers and installation teams via phone, email, and CRM ticket records.
• Conduct quality control checks on installations to ensure they meet our standards.
• Collaborate with installers to collect feedback and improve installer-related activities.
• Manage customer service requests, escalating serious complaints to line managers as needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM ticket records and submit post-installation smart meter applications.
Key Qualifications
• Experience in the solar industry or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of electrical, solar, and battery systems.
• Practical skills and ability to read electrical diagrams.
