Job Description

General Purpose
Grow revenue and share by developing existing accounts and securing new accounts in an assigned territory and coaching the team to drive market execution .

Main Responsibilities Tasks
• Deliver secondary volumes/revenue growth in the assigned territory
• Handling national regional key accounts.
• Handle distributor distribution system to deliver targets consistently.
• Drive visi execution by ensuring cold stock availability and visi purity(Bev)
• Ensure same store growth by increasing SKU count drive new launched products
• Minimize non-buyers and add outlets to increase distribution
• Conduct regular W*Ws , One * Ones Training training
• Monitors PSR performance using the data from TSB and SAMNA
• Qualifications/Requirements

Key Capabilities / Competencies
Qualification: Any Graduate with few years of experience in Sales
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS (COMPETENCIES)
