To assist the customers in solving queries related to feedback, requests, complaints etc. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all the queries, requests complaints received enabling satisfaction of the customer
Note- Excellent Communication in English is mandate

Undergrads are also eligible.
5 and 5.5 days Working days with Rotation shifts (US Shift Timings) along with Rotational week offs.
· SalarySlab: 23K to 32K CTC
KEY SKILLS:
“Customer Service Representative” must have outstanding verbal, written and listening skills (English) Understands details of several functions to provide quality service carefully write/type messages to ensure professional tone
Assist customers via Voice , Chat / Email
Excellent communication skills in English
Basic Knowledge of Customer Service

Ability handle tough situation with customer
Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently
