Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at 31 PARALLEL IT BPO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India.

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries over phone, email, and chat.

This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Good computer literacy and typing skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
