Customer complaints, Dispatch details
1) A customer care executive tends to act as a link-man between a company and its customers and resolves any such queries generated by its customers or clients with efficiency.
2) Should be confident in troubleshooting any such emerging queries and maintaining high standards.
3) Develops a strong relationship with their customers and generates trust with an open and interactive communication
4) Document or maintain records of each and every interaction with the customers for future evaluation.
5) Setting up customer accounts and providing relevant information to them.
6) Should be excellent with their communication skills
7) Should be able to adapt to interacting with any client and should have good listening skills to validate the data and troubleshoot
8) Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure
