Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Care Executive to support patients and ensure a smooth diagnostic experience. The role involves handling appointments, answering queries, managing billing, and coordinating with lab staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in-person and over the phone.
Schedule appointments and provide test-related information.
Handle billing, payments, and insurance queries.
Maintain patient records and ensure timely report delivery.
Resolve complaints or escalate when needed.
Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (science preferred).
1–3 years of experience in healthcare or customer service.
Good communication, computer skills, and a patient-friendly attitude.
Familiarity with healthcare systems (LIS/HIS) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,214.06 - ₹15,000.00 per month
