Location - All location in New Mumbai

We are hiring Retail Costumer for a premium luxury brand. The candidate will be responsible for overall operation of the store including maximizing sales, developing staff, controlling expenses and shortages and all aspects of merchandising, inventory control and cash management.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Driving sales at the store level.

* Coaching sales team to ensure growth and profitability.

* Working on daily sales report, cash card report, petty cash reports.

* Monitoring all aspects of inventory and cash management.

* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Overall handling customer interaction complaints.

* Proactively use all management information tools available to analyse performance and respond to trends with appropriate action

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

excellent communication English and Hindi

Strong in sales, up selling and cross selling

Presentable, Willing to learn, Computer savvy

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
