Brief Company Insight Roles Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer support when communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high-quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions. - Perform problem research when necessary. - Deliver high-quality and timely resolutions to problems. - Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate. - Track and manage resolution on customer's behalf. - Successfully answer questions. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree 1+ years in the IT industry. - A self-driven and motivated personality. - Social media handling skills will be preferred. Additional Requirements: - Silent place to operate or work from. - Should have their own computer or laptop. - Clean microphone and camera is required. - Should be available to work 6 days a week.
