• Delighting customers through every interaction
• Be the central force in seamless execution of orders through coordination with internal external stakeholders
• Measure, Analyze Strategise to increase repeats, reduce drop outs , increase Average Order Value build loyalty among the consumers
• Troubleshoot resolve customer issues
• Create an impact by improving metrics NPS score, Avg Resolution Time, CSAT score
• Proficiency in written oral communication
• Fluid adept in responding to customers on calls, emails,social media, Whatsapp
• Excels in MS-Excel
• .Prior experience in a customer facing role would be a bonus
• Positive outlook calm under pressure
