Job Description :
Tasks assigned to this role:
• Dealing with customer queries coming via email, call or any other media.
• Ensuring to answer the queries within the stipulated timeline.
• To attend all incoming calls company's phone lines.
• Calling customers for reviews sales promotions.
• Any other type of customer interaction as when required.
• Occasionally representing company in trade shows or events.
• Handling front desk (reception) all related work at company's Head Quarters.
• Handling social media basics.
Skills Required:
• Good hold over Microsoft excels, email is must.
• Good Communication skill
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work
• Minimum 1 years' experience in Customer Care.
• Having basic knowledge of social media.
Salary-20,000 Per Month
