Roles and Responsibilities

Attending the phone calls from the departments /wards doctors etc.

Receive call of guest, patients and answer their queries or if demanded pass / forward call to the respective department.

Arranging the Ambulance facility for those who require and those who ask for.

Answer the telephone and queries asked thereof.

Keeps record of calls placed

Maintenance of documents and confidentiality access

Make necessary announcements over Public Announcement System related to hospital procedures or emergency codes.

To manage reception in absences of frond desk executive

Qualification: B.Sc/ M.Sc/ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm

Should be open for rotational shifts
