Customer Care Executive (Voice/Non voice process - Work from home) Location : Delhi Graduation with 6 month experience (mandatory) Age : 20 to 30. Salary : 2.0 Lac to 3 Lac annually Shift Timings : Rotational Selection criteria: 1.) Laptop required 2.) Fluent English 3.) Wi - fi connection As a customer experience executive, you will be responsible for: 1)Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, issues, and requests and maintain a strict SLA for replies 2)Deep dive into actual issues/concerns raised by users and liaise with internal teams to find a resolution 3)Be able to work across multiple channels to communicate with customers and handle queries via chats.
