Customer Care Executive
We at Diya India Foundation are looking for a Female Customer Care Executive for the fundraising. A candidate will be responsible for maintaining good supporter relationships and raise the funds over calls for the foundation. A successful Customer Care representative must be excellent at communication and must have excellent calling skills. In this role, you have to contribute to the Foundation’s growth by bringing in donors.
Responsibilities
Knowing all the details of the Foundation.
Contacting potential donors to inform them regarding the Foundation and Its Projects.
Answering all queries and questions regarding the Foundation and Its Projects.
Keeping the donor database maintained and updated.
Preserve the Foundation’s reputation by handling grievances.
Keeping a record of all the calls and notes of useful information.
Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of donors contact details.
Meet and exceed target set by the organization.
Build and maintain positive relationships with the donors.
Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behaviour of the other.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Customer Care Executive or any similar role.
Knowledge of computer basic knowledge
Efficient with English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent ability to resolve issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
